To ensure our customers are satisfied, we carefully log their requests in writing and create a checklist of the scope of services for their approval. The cleaners get a copy of the approved checklist and work based on the checklist.
Our cleaners are trained, tested and experienced. Only those that pass our set testing standards are assigned work. Our cleaners always have the checklist of services to be delivered. They do a final inspection against their checklist.
Our 1st assignment is always a deep clean to get the premises ready for regular cleaning afterwards. Thus, our first clean is priced per man-hour then we will switch to a fixed pricing when we fully understand the scope of services required.
The skills we insist on for our cleaner to exhibit are being:

- Timely: in arrival, on the job and for completion
Bathrooms and kitchens will always be a key focus of our cleaning as when these two rooms sparkle the premises look and feel amazing.
In every room our order of cleaning will be from top to bottom, left to right or right to left on the walls. Also, we will plan our approach as starting at the farthest point to an external door and working our way out of the premises.
We supply our own cleaning supplies, tools and equipment. If the customer needs us to use a special product the customer must have it available on our entry and we will use such product. Most of our products will be environmentally friendly.
We use Hellshire Property Services (Ceansers) direct cleaners as well as subcontractors. All our cleaners will be labelled to indicate they work for Hellshire Property Services (Cleaners).
