Team Members

Team members must have a good attitude towards work, other team members and our valued customers.

Team members are paid by performance pay, bonuses and other incentives for work completed on time or ahead of time. Rarely do we pay per hour. Inadequate work must be redone at no additional payment.

Be prepared to work as

1. One(1) person (generally small jobs)
2. Two (2) person team (The NORM)
3. Three (3) person team (generally large jobs)
4. Project work: the size of the team varies

Typically a 2-person team is our norm.
