Conditions of Supplying Services

Hellshire Property Services is a scheduled property services company. Your satisfaction is our promise.
Implementation Time: The time for weekly performance is subject to weather conditions, public holidays or extreme adverse invents or force majeure. The services will commence as soon as practicable after signing the commitment. HPS intends to notify the client of any change of schedule beyond 2 days by text, e-mail, phone call or any combination asap.

Termination: Any party can terminate our contract with or without cause by giving 7 days’ notice.
Pricing. Works are itemized and include skilled labour, tools, equipment, materials, vehicles, trailer, transportation, others, supervision, overheads and profit. Thus, there is a cost to show up at your property and the minimum charge will be $60.00 per visit regardless of the reason.
Payment: The Client agrees to pay before or after each service visit by debit or credit card authorized on file. A receipt will be sent monthly. Payment can be adjusted at any time by an agreement of the parties. There will be an annual adjustment for all clients on 1^st January due to inflation and adjustment due govt labour price increase.
1. Pre-payment: Payment by Debit Card or Credit Card on file.

Post Payment: Payment on Delivery of Services by Debit or Credit Card on file
Credit Card Payments: An additional 4% will be charged due to the card company fees. (The charge is necessary as the margins for lawn care are very low).
Working Hours: HPS working hours are 7 am to 7 pm Monday to Saturday or as agreed otherwise. HPS does not work on public holidays.
Additional Fees for Client Delays: (n/e $20.00): Time is of the essence for this contract. There will be an additional charge for client delays or work will be incomplete due to obstacles in the work areas. Examples of Client delays include – Locked entrance or side or back gates; Dog or animal feces, Children’s toys, unchained dogs, Furniture on the lawn, Debris or Obstacles on grass areas preventing or delaying works, the need for HPS to remove debris/obstacles.
No HPS liability: HPS shall not be liable for damages to items above or below the lawn surface which are not clearly marked or not highly visible such as irrigation & water pipes, and buried telecom wires.
No additional fees for delays due to Force Majeure or Acts of God: Rain, thunderstorms, tornadoes, hurricanes, floods, fire, national strike, or others.
Regular & Packaged Services: Repetitive: Weekly or bi-weekly. Mowing, Fall Clean-ups, Spring Preparation.

One –Time: As required: Fertilizer, mulch, weeding, drainage, aeration, tilling,

overseeding, soil testing, property clean up, top dressing, planting, ……..

Package Services: (10% -20% price reduction i.e., 11^th service free)
